KONEKT Workspace is not a public-cloud SaaS product. It is a dedicated server installed in your data center, local rack, or isolated private VPC.
All databases, document vector indexes, employee profiles, and audit records stay under the exclusive physical and logical control of your IT team and are additionally encrypted on the server (AES-256). Data security is our top priority.

Microsoft Active Directory / LDAP integration. Roles: administrator, member and viewer. Users see only the agents and documents that belong to them, and applications connect with an organization API key.

5. Advanced Graph RAG
Indexing of PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX and scanned documents (OCR). Advanced RAG with a knowledge graph and multiple retrieval models, with access rights on every document. Documents never leave the server.
6. Coding Agent with internal docs
An agent for code, repositories, internal technical docs, and database analysis. Focused on security and a simple flow: plan first, then change.

A rich skill library: business procedures, analyses, and report formats the agent follows step by step.

Databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and more) and REST APIs to ERP, CRM, B2B, WMS, MES, SCADA, IoT and other systems. Plus public web search and work with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files.

9. PII Protection for Public Models
Advanced PII rule configuration: before any public model call, personal and confidential data is automatically masked or pseudonymized. Policy can also block sending entirely. Confidential data never leaves the company.
10. Granular RBAC
Access rights at the level of every document, collection, agent, and API tool, including which databases and tables an agent may use. No data mixing between departments.
11. Per-User Audit Trail
Every action is logged per user with a timestamp: agent runs, tool calls, opened documents, and admin changes. The audit log is append-only; existing records are never modified.
12. Backup & Disaster Recovery
Automatic incremental backup of databases, vector indexes, and configuration to your external storage / NAS.
13. Central Administration
